I've seen this done before...I would like some input before I try it. So give me your opinions please. Thanks

  • I have done this before. It really tastes great. I was nervous to try it, but it was great. My husband also liked it a lot. It is easy to make as well. I microwaved it, then took a fork and pulled through it to make the noodle shape!

Dd you serve it with sauce? If so what kind?
  • I do use sauce. I used the Light Ragu no sugar added tomato & basil.

Last week I made homemade sloppy joe sauce and served it on top of spaghetti squash instead of bread/rolls.

Yes. I also bought a veggie spiralizer and use squash noodles instead of regular noodles. I'm gluten intolerant so it's just much easier to do it this way. I make my own sauce for it. It's easier to make my own everything than to try to find the GF/Soy free versions.
