Ive been eating snack bars that have a tiny amount of chocolate in them, that seems to be staving off the urge to ingest the entire contents of the fridge

I just go do other things to keep my hands and mind busy. Sometimes I'll even nap. Plus I don't keep the "naughties" in the house. Because usually I don't want to bother going to the store just to get them. I say usually, because sometimes I will. But normally once I am safely at home, I don't like to go back out again till I have to.

all my naughties are low fat low cal but when you eat a few oops not so good :-( one of those days actually been eating badly on and off since saturday
  • To be honest I don't find I have many, if any, hormonal changes when it's my time of the month. I never get cravings or changes in my eating habits or mood swings. I've been on the pill since I was 15 though, so I wonder if this is the reason.
  • I just rant at people. It was the worst the night before halloween because my PMS was at its height and I was in a house full of delicious homemade pizza and my favorite cupcakes. I just ate pepperoni and cheese and drank a lot of diet soda to not eat any of it. v.v I'm still mad about it! My cupcakes! *cry*

A Hershey bar, a diet dew, and a Tylenol. One chocolate bar in four weeks isn't going to kill me. Also a bit of extra blood flow doesn't hurt either (some exercise, just know when to stop).

But usually I don't keep a lot of sweets in the house because of the craving issue. I'm lazy, so if I have to go out to the store I usually won't bother.

If you don't have the willpower to avoid the food, just compensate with some extra exercise maybe?
