Gift for Weightloss Success

I have been using MFP since April and hit my goal weight of 30 pounds lost a few weeks ago. My mother-in-law was so impressed she started MFP a few months back and has lost 22 pounds so far, with a goal of a 40 pound loss by March. Her birthday is coming up at the end of November. Looking for thoughtful gift ideas that may tie in as a reward for her weight loss/helpful item to encourage her to continue losing. Budget is $50. Suggestions?
