HELLO!

Not really new as i've been on this for over 6 months now, but haven't posted or connected with anyone yet. I'm 5'7 and about 175 pounds I think - unsure as weight isn't really a factor for me. I generally just monitor loss through the reduction in dress size and general bodily changes... Been on 1,200 calories per day and either very low carbs or none at all for about 5 months. Lost two dress sizes from a size 14 to a size 10, but still looking to loose a bit more and firm up especially on my thighs.

Anyway, would just like to make some new friends who I can share advice, tips and help with. Anyone wanna share? :)

    Welcome MFP! Newer to the site myself.

    Sounds like you are on the right track! Time to hit the gym to get the "firm up" process started. Just make sure to eat the calories that you burn off back.
