I'm relatively new to MFP and have been using it to keep an eye on my food intake. I'm one of those guys that people tend to hate because of my high metabolism... but I'm also new to the Gluten-Free diet so I want to see how my calorie intake is balancing out. I weight train 3-4 times a week and in doing so have made some gains in muscle mass while reducing my body fat percentage to 7. Anyway, this if my brief hello and intro.
