When do you eat the most calories?
meaning: which "meal" do you find is highest in calories for you, do you spread them out evenly, etc.?
Not looking for advice, just curious what everyone else is doing.

Always dinner. I usually eat:
Breakfast: ~300
Lunch: 600-800ish
Dinner: 800-1100ish
I don't really snack other than a craft beer here and there after dinner.
Average is about 2000 a day, so I usually end up eating about half that in one meal. Works for me.0 -

I usually eat a very light breakfast and then most of the rest of my calories are usually pretty evenly spread between my late AM snack, lunch, PM snack, and dinner. I rarely eat after dinner. If I do, it's usually something fairly small like a tablespoon of nuts.0

Dinner.
Breakfast is < 200
Lunch is +- 350
Snacks [morning and afternoon] runs about ~150-200
Dinner 700-10000 -
Definitely dinner. I also eat about 60% of my day's calories in that meal, about 20% each for breakfast and lunch. I don't usually feel hungry in the day but I can't sleep on an empty stomach, it seems to work well like this0
