Dump Chili
1 Lb. 96% Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Onion
1 (20 oz.) Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 Lb. Classic Cole Slaw Mix
1 (28 oz.) Can Diced Tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) Can Cannelini Beans
1 (15 oz.) Can Black Beans
1 (15 oz.) Can Kidney Beans
1 (8 oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
1 (15 oz.) Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 (15 oz.) Can Chili Beans in Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Salt
In a large pot, cook the beef and onions until the beef is brown and the onions are tender. Add the tomatoes, cole slaw mix, beans, tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, garlic, cumin and salt. Simmer uncovered for at least 1 hour.
Serves: 16 (1 Cup Each)
Per Serving: 186 Calories; 2g Fat (10.5% calories from fat); 13g Protein; 27g Carbohydrate; 8g Dietary Fiber; 16mg Cholesterol; 651mg Sodium
