say cardio, some push strength. Some say no saturated fats, some say they're not evil at all. I know that most people can relate to hearing the differing opinions when it comes to health and fitness. But as someone who has never really focused in on it heavily until about the last year, how do you sift through all of it and make the best choices? I don't want to be wasting my time and energy doing things that, yes, work, but could be working Better! I like to have information. I like to learn. And I like to apply what I learn to my life, but it can be difficult when the amount of information is just so dag-on overwhelming!

Hi Jenni268, what kind of workouts are you doing now? I believe a person should do what they enjoy doing.

Let me make it clear that I am talking about exercise, when I speak about a person should do what they enjoy doing. Why? Because every exercise is not for everyone and a person will most likely stick to something that interest them.

Sometimes doing what a person enjoys doing is what got them into their dilemma. i.e. overeating on garbage, partying late and not getting enough rest, not training. etc.

My bad. I made sure that I have gone back and made myself clear as to what I was talking about. I was talking about exercise and not bad habits. I know the difference.
