1 (18.25 oz.) Box Betty Crocker SuperMoist Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee Granules
3/4 Cup Fat Free Milk
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
23 Tablespoons (approx. 150 ounces) Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray; set aside. Place the cake mix into a mixing bowl. Dissolve the coffee granules in the fat free milk and add the mixture to the bowl. Add the cinnamon and egg substitute. Mix with a hand blender on medium speed until ingredients are combined. Drop by level tablespoons onto the baking sheet (this is a tablespoon you measure with, not the kind you eat with). You should end up with 46 cookies total. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Cool Completely. Just before serving, place 1 cookie face down, add 1 tablespoon of marshmallow creme and then top with another cookie face up to make a sandwich.

Serves: 23 (1 each)
