On my second 90 day challenge with the help of myfitnesspal

Hello, I was 137 lbs 90 days ago. I never utilized myfitnesspal apps or the site until just a month ago. Now I log my food daily. I believe logging everything down has made my weightloss journey easier. I am now 121 lbs without exercising thanks to my 90 day challenge. I also lowered my triglycerides. Yippee!
My goal next 90 day challenge I intend to get down to 110 lbs. I know this is going to be hard. So this time, I plan to exercise at least 3 days a week and go to bootcamp at least a full month. I will also continue my body by vi shake for breakfast & lunch to help control my hunger and build muscles.
