So tired

So, I worked late last night (1am) and was in the office early this morning (530ish). Should I nap before working out or after? The risk is not waking up until tomorrow morning. On the otherhand, I really don't want to fall sleep on the treadmill.

Whats more important working out or catching up on sleep? I am sure others are/have been in this situation. How do you deal?
