I need some suggestions for good burning cardio to do in my small spaced room! Any ideas?

I do 30DS and P90X. Love and hate them both equally.

If you have cable, try ExerciseTV routines. They're free from on-demand.

If you have an ipod/iphone get the Nike Training Club app, it's free and very awesome, full of coached workouts and all you need it space to lie down. :)

If you have tv and cable, there is plenty to choose from on ExerciseTV
  • i have very little space too, i do the biggest lose cardio max DVD, level 1, it seems to be CONTAINED enough to do in a small space, and you can make it harder by making the weights used, heavier.

P90x and 30 Day Shred are not mostly cardio based, but still great workouts.

I second the TurboFire suggestion. I love it.

I used to do my cardio in 22-24 minute measures. 22 minutes is usually how long a half hour show runs on Hulu :)... so I would watch that and do a high-intensity cardio circuit (jumping, high knees, jumping jacks, scissors, horizontal scissors, and the like) in place while watching that show. Sometimes I'd do a 40 minute show. Just an idea if you want to multi-task :)

Amy Dixon's 'Breathless Body' DVD. The workout is a series of super-tough cardio drills that you can do in a very small space. I can burn 550 calories in 45 minutes with that workout. :-)

P90X Kenpo X is a great cardio workout - it's fun too :) As long as you have enough room to punch and do sidekicks you're good!

I have quite a small space to workout in (I'm thinking about four feet across and maybe 7 feet long type of space...) and I am currently doing Insanity. I've also done Jillian's videos and some of Chalean Xtreme's cardio videos. p90x kenpo x and cardio x are pretty good cardio ones as well.

Kettelbells combine both a great cardio workout as well as toning. And they take almost no space at all.
