I have met two.

First one was Uncle Fester. I met him (Jackie Coogan) in 1974. I was hitchhiking from 29 Palms Marine Corps Base to Anaheim, California. Guy pulled over and picked me up. It was Jackie Coogan. Nice guy. Rode with hime for about 2 hours. He was on his way to Burbank to do a commercial.

Second one was Elvira (Cassandra Peterson). Around 1981. I was cruising down Harbor Blvd. in Fullerton, California. It was Halloween. I was on my Trike. Saw a poster board in front of a Book Store. She was inside giving autographs. I stopped, went in, waited in line, bought a Mistress of the Dark Poster and had her sign it.

How about you?

  • Only if Sherrilyn Kenyon counts -- not really Halloween but a well known paranormal romance author. Went to a book signing of hers.

I want to be you! I love both of them!

I've met Alice Cooper, and a handful of horror movie stars, like the Ladies of Evil Dead, David Naughton of American Werewolf, etc. But it was at a convention, so it's not like running INTO them.

I met Michael Jackson in 1983, right after Thriller came out.
