Was here years ago and succeeded. MFP really works and is soooo easy to use. But I Got a little to cocky and I also quit smoking after 40 years. (5Months) Yeah for ME, But bad for my diet. But I'm back and ready to pick up where I left off

    Welcome back!! I'm so thrilled you decided to stop smoking. that is a HUGE thing to beat- I give you all the credit in the world. You're back and better than ever- you CAN do this! :D We're all here for you!
