I don't eat all day

A couple of days ago I woke up feeling ill and wasn't able to eat until around 6pm, which is when I started feeling better. The next day I did not feel ill but the thought of eating made my stomach feel ill... So again, I didn't eat until the evening. Its been a few days now and in not sick, but I'm not hungry during the day and the thought of eating just makes my stomach turn... I'm eating only one 800 calorie meal a day... Any ideas on how to change this?

I know I'm not sick, but I have such a food aversion that it feels like I'll throw up if I eat. Should I just eat more meals at night even though I'm not hungry?

Any ideas on why I might feel this way?

Try to grab some small snacks throughout the day. Don't go crazy, but maybe some fruit or veggies you like. You should start eating more, 800 cals is definitely bad.

maybe you're reacting badly to what you ARE eating.

my sister used to force herself to eat crackers, but she just felt so sick constantly... because she is a celiac.

I always had this problem...It is really hard to get over the flu eating chicken noodle soup and saltines as a celiac. I'd get the flu for 2 weeks minimum.

I'd suggest checking what you eat and changing it up, to see if it makes a difference.

That was my thought too. Sure sounds like morning sickness to me.

Oy... go to the doctor! That sounds just awful. I'm so sorry you're sick, and no, it's not healthy to eat that way.
I really hope you feel better!

Stress does this to me. Or you might have caught a baby. When I was preggers I never got morning sickness, but for the first few months I didn't want to eat either.
