I ran a 5k on the 15th of October...

And my knees are still sore. I don't recall over doing it, and it didn't hurt to run at the time, but my knees have been mildly sore since then. Is there something I can do to ease the soreness? I would like to start running again.

Try taking a hot shower and stretching really well. Don't run for a few days. Congrats on the 5k though!
