I am an ovo-lacto pescatarian which means I eat fish, eggs, and dairy, but no other meat products. I try to eat mainly whole foods and am a die-hard supporter of organic agriculture.

Anyone else out there with similar diet who wants to be friends? I'd love to share food diarys and get some new ideas.

Best!
Molly

Hi, I'm ovo-lacto veggie, so pretty much the same but don't eat fish :)
At the moment I'm not eating totally organic but trying to get there, and trying to eat more whole foods instead of junk!
I've only been a member for a week but I plan on being here a while!

I eat paleo/primal so I try to stay away from processed foods as much as possible. Also, I have eliminated gluten from my diet except for the occasional beer or two. I really love eating fresh, all natural foods. Since I have switched to this nutritional lifestyle I've noticed a big change in the amount energy I have and that I don't get sick EVER. : )

I know what you mean! Ever since I went vegetarian I haven't had a proper flu or cold - sometimes I might start getting sniffly then it goes away, I've just made it through my second winter flu-free!

You two might be interested in this helpful cheat sheet, I know I use it quite a bit:

It's nice because it lists whether or not it matters to buy organic and what seasons certain produce should be cheaper depending on if its in season.
