Lost 7 stone in a year - pictures

Not sure how to post the pictures here as ive not really used the message boards before but the before and after is set as my profile picture! I know it can be hard sometimes but just wanted to help give you all motivation and show that it is all worth it in the end. Oh my god congratulations!!!!! On my way to loosing 7 stone. I know it’s been very long time since you posted this but how long did it take you to loose 7 stone ?
