I just tried Naked juice green machine and it rocked! It says on the bottle that everything is all natural. Is this true i don't want to be addicted to something that is not good for me

I am just as curious...I really haven't found a Naked Juice that I don't like! They are wonderful!0

Just a word of caution since I have juiced in the recent past... those drinks are really good but they have a lot of sugar in them. If you are not diabetic then this probably isn't that big of an issue. But if you are trying to watch your sugar then you may want to water those drinks down a bit and stretch them out0

They do have a lot of sugar, but it's all natural sugar so it's definitely not as bad as cane sugar. I love Naked juice!!!!!0

I would agree, water them down. Isn't a serving of juice only supposed to be 4oz? I am also curious to see if anyone knows the dirt on naked juices because they are delicious. :bigsmile:0

we drink their O.J. and it is by far the BEST out of anything we've had. We actually go through the bottom quickly in our house (just me and my husband). We also feel a lot healthier than we did last year so I think the uptake of this brand vs other brands we had last year are making a difference that is quite noticeable.
I have co-workers that are starting to cough and not me - I feel great and strong as ever!
I'm going to start drinking the green stuff for breakfast instead of my usual bagel & whipped cream cheese --- i'm a huge sucker for carbs and this is one way i can start my day off better and cut carbs at the same time.0 -
Even the Green ones have lots of fructose. You are gettting a whallop of carbs, so if you are a carb sucker (ak_honda) - you've got it covered.
The only sad thing is they are flash pasteurized. Oh, well, the price you pay to keep down the pathogens.0 -

I'll rephrase: I'm a sucker for super unneeded white carbs >:-D
bagels, pastas, breads
I also start feeling like crap if I do not get a lot of carbs. I've lost weight before while still enjoying carbs in better moderation so the carbs in the Naked juice don't scare me!0 -

Ditto!
All I know is that there are 2 servings per bottle so for me, that's a lot of cals to drink. it's so hard to only drink half though!0 -
Has anyone tried these as a meal replacement? Like adding peanut butter or a banana and having it for dinner?0
