Ice water burn more calories??

Just read that individuals tend to drink ice water to burn calories?? Is this true, what do you think??

cold water raises your metabolism SLIGHTLY as your body uses energy to warm it to body temperature. That said, the difference is small enough that cold water is better than warm water but you wont notice any miracle differences

I had heard that too but didn't give it much credence. I just like really frozen ice water.

Yeah like 4 more. Just do ten jumping jacks and drink water at the temperature you like.

I, personally, loathe ice water. Makes singing and talking sound weird.
