Well ive been using the mobile app, but not consistently. To be honest i dont now why i cant get motivated but something has got to change. Im 29 and 5'9" and about 183 or so. After my second son i came down as low as 165, but here i am again in the 180's club. i would love to lose these horrible love handles and just tone up, all the way around, Truthfully im afraid that if i lose the weight, that it will just come right back. Im typically very easily discouraged but im trying to change that.

Hiya! Sounds familiar - I am also trying to lose 'baby wieght'. My son is now 8 months old and I have decided to finally take action. My goal weight is 70kilos (I'm from NZ). Not sure but I think that is roughly 140 pounds? I got a big fright when I hopped on the scales for the first time two days ago but it has empowered me - now I am actually doing something about it!!!
