I read a lot of posts about people getting a great workout burning lots of calories doing TurboFire. I don't know anything about it, but willing to try basically anything. I'd LOVE to lose 10-15 lbs by Christmas!! Right now I'm on day 12 of the 30 day shred (starting level 2 tomorrow), walking 30-45 minutes a day and watching my calorie in-take....Any suggestions? I'd love to hear all your success stories!
Thanks!
Thanks!

I AM IN LOVE WITH TURBO FIRE!!! i have been doing it for 46 days and i have lost 16lbs. Chalene Johnson is the instructor and she really pumps you up and motivates you to keep going. At first i couldn't keep up with it but i was way way way out of shape and now i can keep up and i don't stop as much as i used to. i believe anybody can do it. you just have to make the workout "YOUR WORKOUT" and you do that by doing what makes you feel good.... and what makes this workout even better is the MUSIC! the music helps to pump you up too!!!!0

How much is it? Do I just need one cd or do I need a whole set? The one I saw on amazon was $20 something and was a 20 minute workout....I've very interested in whatever works!0

if you get turbofire, i recommend getting the FULL set. it's more expensive but it comes with the extra dvds. Anyways, i did a full round and lost a ton. i lost 7inches just in my waist alone! i went from a size 18 to a size 10 in 12 weeks. it is DEFINITELY worth it.0

Thanks everyone for your input! I may check this out! It sounds fun! Not that I'm ready to give up my Jillian time just yet, but just something to do extra.0

I hear ya on not wanting to give up "Jillian Michaels". I absolutely love her!! I listen to her podcasts every week. I had a few Beach-Body coaches that would talk to me about trying Beach-Body as I would continue to lose my motivation with the work-outs. Finally, in August I decided to give "Turbo-Fire" a try. At first I had a hard time getting used to some of the moves. What I love about it is it comes with about 11 or is it 15 DVD's? The schedule tells you each day which DVD is today, so my motivation seemed to start with the schedule as each day I get a variety of change which I absolutely love!! I keep thinking I should try every once in a while one of her DVD's (Jillian's), but I'm just loving Turbo. I'm also running. I post when I work-out on the Beach-Body site too.0
