Need some MAJOR motivation

Alright, so I'm 21, 5'6" weigh roughly 250 lbs. I was doing REALLY well with dieting and working out and then due to some personal issues, fell off track around late August-early September.

So, when looking through pictures from high school (which was only 3 years ago) I realized how much weight I've gained in not that long of a time span.

I'd really like to have some tips - what works best for you? Jogging? Sit-ups? Jumping jacks? At this point, I'm willing to try anything, and all your suggestions will help me!

Also, feel free to post any encouraging words/pictures.

And your best workout playlists! I'm always looking for new music! I listen to a variety of everything, so anything goes.

Are you a runner? If so, run. If not, but you want to be, c25k is a good program. If you prefer a DVD and are a beginner, Turbo Jam is really good and fun. (If you're more advanced, Turbo Fire.) A lot of people like 30 Day Shred (30DS)..it's effective, but I get bored doing the same thing everyday. The biggest things to remember are watch what you eat, do cardio AND strength. Oh! As far as playlists go, if you do either of the Turbo programs, you won't need one-she has great music on the DVDs.

    My best advice:
    1. Any activity is better than no activity! I like jogging, personally.
    2. It is a million times harder to burn off fatty foods than it is to just say NO!
    3. Don't net below 1200 calories every day- your body needs fuel!
    4. Find some activities you truly enjoy doing. Take a class, find a workout buddy. If you don't enjoy it, you will lose motivation!
    5. You have the knowledge and the power- you CAN do this! Stick with it and you will see results.
    6. Be patient! Don't try to do too much to fast.

Feel free to add me, and message me with any questions you may have!

KISS = Keep It Simple Stupid (not you, just a general saying)

For starters, keep it simple, end the day with a caloric deficit by means of caloric intake control, exercise, or a combination of both. Towards the end you may need to do some more drastic methods such as carb cycling, fasted cardio, calorie zig zagging or blitz training to oxidize that stubborn body fat.
