Hey,
My name is Johanna, I've been using MFP for a few weeks and I'm starting to lose motivation. I would love for more MFP buddies to keep me motivated and make me feel accountable for logging everything I eat. It's hard being a first year college student with a busy schedule - healthy eating and exercise sometimes have to take a back seat.
I also have a HUGE problem snacking after dinnertime, usually unhealthy snacks that I really don't need.
If you feel that you can relate, or just want another buddy, add me :)
Thanks!
Jo

I can totally relate! I'm a college student too, and it's hard to eat well when you're busy and on a really tight budget. Good luck on MFP! It's working for me, and I hope it works for you!

Freshman 20, then sophomore 10, then junior 15 is more like it! LOL (well at least for me)

Avoid it like the plague! Dont lose motivation, snack on fruits or snack bars.

I'm currently doing my internship I relate trust me! This semester is killing me! Workin for free on top of it! Not my cup of tea!

I usually exercise at night late 9pm or 10..... This is my me time...yes I would rather me time watching tv or doing nothing but deep down I know this is better....

ALso when I get to campus I park far far far away from the building it gives me extra exercise while carrying a million heavy books!

I can completely relate! College student and a full time manager AND a wife. Trust me I totally understand! It's hard sometimes but just keep your head up and keep focused!

Yeah, transitioning is hard. I hope your dining hall posts the nutritional information to the food that they serve there. It definitely helped me stay away from foods that I might otherwise have eaten.

    Good luck!

    Feel free to add. :)
