So sick yesterday - Melbourne Cup lunch

I felt so sick yesterday after our Melbourne Cup Lunch at work. I've been eating clean, usually skinless chicken breasts for the past year and a half. Well yesterday we had nandos. I had 2 chicken breasts, but they were so oily. I'm not used to eating that stuff anymore. To cure the problem on the way home I did a 2 hour bike ride. It worked a treat. I felt normal again!!!

Also the manager said well done in providing a healthy alternative in watermelon for desert.

Its great to be eating so healthy now, I dont want these type foods anymore and its great to get to this point. I crave the fruits and veg, the wholegrains, the lean meats etc.

I'll have to remember when christmas comes around to go for the healthier options and make sure i dont eat too much haha cos it will be painful.

    I wish i could keep up with the 2 threads that i'm following. I'm back at work now and I have so many pages to read and posts I want to reply to. oh well.
