Ok, so I had a rough day and I don't wanna cook tonight, I did not eat as much as I should have today cause I couldn't bring food to clients with me, I did eat breakfast and had a snack when I got home at , but I FEEL HUNGRY NOW. I am wanting to go out to eat and thought hey why not chinese. I went through and picked out what I would have from the database here and its about 500 cals total, and likely I ma not gonna eat it all. This leaves me with 386 calories left for today......
So do you think I can eat Panda Express (maderin chicken no sauce/mixed veggies no rice or chowmein and chicken with mushrooms) not so bad right? and I will have left overs for lunch tomorrow.
Please let me know your thoughts please........

as long as you have the calories for it, i'd say go ahead. it sounds like you're making a healthy choice based on what i know from the menu.
besides, saying no panda express sounds too much like a diet *shudder*
if you google eat this not that, the men's health article will come up which i'm pretty sure has healthy options for panda express
hopes this helps!!!0 -
i say yes if your staying under your calories go for it  i would0

Go for it, if I could afford it calorie wise I would! And it's not that bad of a choice either, you could be doing worse, say Big Mac?!?!?!0
