Does anyone know how much is too much protein?? All of the articles Ive found assume that if someone is eating high protein then they are also eating low carb which isnt the case with me. or the article is geared towards body builders. tomorrow I will be eating 130 grams of carbs and 173 grams of protein. ugh, I think I need to see a nutritionist!

Well this depends on how what your particular goals are. I know for heavy lifters that wanted to gain muscle the rule of thumb is at least 1g of protein per lb of body weight a day. Now if you're nit trying to bulk up I think it's OK the go over what your recommended daily allowance of protein is, so long as your not depriving in other areas. which it doesn't sound like you are. A little protein will definatlely not hurt you!

Nah protein keeps you full, I don't think it's bad as long as it's lean, now if you are eating bacon, or fatty protein, then that's another story. I'm always full of protein, I'm addicted to egg white and spinach omelttes
