"One more round."

A major obstacle of weight loss is trying and falling. We've all been there and I see it in some of my friends, in myself, and in new people coming to MFP; try and fall, try and fall. After so many times a person just doesn't want to try anymore.
In Rocky V (yes, bad movie but bare with me), towards the end Rocky is down on the ground, dazed, and doesn't want to get up. Then he sees his old coach Mick's "spirit" who says, "One more round".
This thread is an attempt to rally up the troops of MFP to help those who have fallen and don't want to get up. What do you say to yourself when you're down on your weight loss efforts and feel like giving up? How do *you* tell yourself "one more round"?

2 steps forward 1 step back still equals 1 step forward!!!!! Things won't change if you keep them the same, so get up, dust yourself off, and hit it again!0

I don't really. I wail and tantrum and shout at the sky and stuff.....and then I dust myself off and carry on. Is there another choice? I'm in this...and I mean I'm really in this. Like yesterday. I would have loved to have done absolutely nothing. There were a few times I was going to post 'I'm having a bad day' 'I've lost my mojo guys' or do a bit of a poor me blog.
I didn't, I kept under calories, I went to the gym then I did an hour long class and I'm 1.4lbs down today.
It's hard - sometimes I seem to have bad days for nothing. I can attempt to sabotage myself from inside my own head with no external influence at all. But, as I said earlier. I'm 'IN'. There is no other option but to carry on.0
