Turbo Fire/ Turbo Jam Success?

Hi everyone!

I just started Turbo Fire 10 days ago and I really love it! Will be getting the Turbo Jam soon for more fun.

If you don't mind, please share with me if you have achieved success (weight loss/ increased fitness level) with Turbo Fire/ Turbo Jam. :D Oh, and if you have any other recommendations of "exercise at home DVDs" do let me know.

    I've def had success with TJ and TF! I think I owe about 20 pounds of loss to Chalene and company.. I did TJ for a month, then moved on to TF and did that for about 2 months consistently. I fell out of schedule with it for a while, but would still do the workouts when i could. They def helped in the cardio dept and believe me the more you do them, esp the HIITS, you get better. I love the core workout as well.
    I will say this.. since you've started with TF, you're most likely going to find TJ to be too slow for you.. It's still a fun workout, but don't be surprised if you're feeling bored through it. good luck with the rest of TF!!

    Hi allie! :) Wow, great job on your 20 lb loss! I have heard lots of great feedback from JM 30DS and Insanity (which I also have but haven't started because I started Turbo Fire first and I LOVE Turbo Fire right now). I think I will carry on with Turbo Fire :D

    Right now I'm doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and I do Turbo Jam about every other day so far and sometimes on my days off. I think its a lot of fun so its a good way to keep myself from getting bored =] Lost 5.2lbs my first week with it, then have been losing at least .5lbs a week since. I don't eat very healthy! lol.
