Body by vi - shake plan

Has anyone tried the Body by Vi protien shake meal replacement plan? I was wondering if it would help me jump start my metabolism and get me back on track. I have been trying to loss weight, but it isn't coming off.

  • I am using the MyoPlex Lite Nutrition Shakes from Walmart . Believe it or not, I just started my diet this past Saturday 29 Oct. at 213.3 lbs. In four days I am at 202.6. How did I do this you may ask?
    1 - shake for breakfast
    1 - shake for lunch
    O - snacks ever
    1 - sensible dinner - not to exceed 500 calories
    Lots of water.
    Work -out like a mad-man - two times a day - treadmill for 30 minutes and another 30 minute fat burner such as aerobic/cardio activity.
    I am way under my suggested calorie intake, but that's ok, I feel fine and I'm losing weight quick.

    In my experiance lose it quick, then when you go back eating "normaly" it comes back on quick plus some...

    better to folow a healthy change in eating habits lose it slow it stays off .
