Help ....another 30 day shred question ?

I have been doing the 30 day shred I did level one for 6 day and moved to level 2 I do it about 4 -5 times a week , I do other forms of exercise inbetween those days, I must be honest I havent been watching my calories/food intake like I should be and I was wondering if anyone out there has still lost inches just from doing the DVD ? any advise or suggestions would be great :) Thanks
