I'm thinking about getting a ProForm Ab Glider, does anyone have this? Or anything like it? Does it help a lot? .... I've lost a little over 40lbs and my legs & arms are getting smaller, but not so much my mid-section.

I have it, haven't used it in a while but I do like it; i suggest you buy some lifting gloves to help pad your hands.....

I got one for Christmas and have been using it daily. I started my diet on May 2, 2011 and so far have lost 56 lbs, about halfway for where I want to go. At first I lost several inches around my waist but since have seen little change in my waist even though weight loss has been pretty consistent. What I can say about the Ab Glider in the first two weeks of use is that I have lost another inch or so and I can absolutely see the results in toning of my entire mid-section. With the different motions you can very specifically target all of the different areas and it will tone things up. I am very happy with it and feel it is a light cardio machine that will help me break a sweat while also being a strength exercise as I can feel muscles working that I didn't even know I had. I wouldn't rely on it as your only form of exercise but I think it is a good part of a routine.
