To help me achieve my mini goal (which I've recently changed to just getting into the 140s before my 30th bday in two weeks) I am going to be weighing in DAILY and increasing my cardio to 45 minutes a day and cutting out alcohol altogether.

Today:

Weight: 154.6
Body Fat: 30.1%
Skeletal Muscle: 31.3%
Resting Metabolism: 1457
Viseral Fat: 5

Biggest challenge - going on dates and abstaining from alcohol.

Good news/motivation - went on date with amazing guy last night and everything clicked. hope hope hope hope hope (trying not to lose hope.)
