Best workout for abs is the push-away. When you've had enough to eat, you push away the plate.

I am in this belly fat category, as well. I do a boatload of crunches, planks. I use the ab coaster. I do this 3 times a week - m,w,f. My stomach is flat, but I want my abs to show. I do the elliptical on Tuesday and Thursday for 30 minutes each day. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. More cardio?0

Something that helped me besides my diet was "Core" exercises 3 times a week for one hour. I love planks. if your not sure what they are or how do do them properly go on youtube. In fact, go there for a ton of exercises. Then, put your own together for what works best for you. I love the Bosu ball and the Pilates ball. Good Luck. Dave0
