Captains I decided to open up a thread for the 5 captains to be able to get important messages from me. You can also communicate here with eachother about questions or issues.
You only need to report your team score to me ONCE a week. I would like this on Sunday but you have until noon EST to get it to me on Monday. Sunday is the day you should gather current weight from you team members and make sure you have everything filled in. Once you give me your weekly numbers you CANNOT go back and enter in info for that week.

FYI...Water did not count from yesterday. Today is the first day for points to be earned on water or exercise. Sunday will always be a rest day also.0

FYI tomorrow will be upper body and you will need either hand weights OR something like a can of veggies to do these.0

I know things can change quickly on this game but I thought I would report places after day one....I will report again though until AFTER I get your official scores on Sunday/Monday for week 1.

I know that some of these teams might be in lower place from team members not reporting. Please remind them to report DAILY! You can add old info for the week of. However, you CANNOT add info after you have to turn in the numbers to me. PLUS the days MUST be done on the actual day. You can't have someone make up three days in one. If they miss the day then they miss the day.0 -

I get my team to tell me pretty quickly when they have completed the work out. However, the water intake takes much longer to complete... I had one team member that only wrote on the board this morning that she completed her water intake. Which leads me to my question:
Will the team members still be required to drink water on Sunday? If so, it will take that much longer to finish the chart.0 -

Nope, the water challenge runs Wednesday to Saturday. You can ONLY earn 4 points max on water per person.0 -

We have had three teams out of 8 have some drop off. What is the feedback from your team about the challenge? Do they like them? Is it too hard?0

The one that dropped from my team didn't realize that the exercises would be chosen for her. Her replacement is working ou great so far. Other than that, everything else has been good.0

my team is doing great and love the challenges and are all water drinkers. They are also awesome at gettting back to me every night!!! i dont have to chace them and i love it!! they like that they are different things,0

I was waiting to give out the exercise for tomorrow until I heard back from you guys. I can tell you that the weekly challenge is going to be totally different than the water challenge and will only be a few days that I will sunrise you guys the day before to tell you the challenge....haha sneaky sneaky0

FYI captains....water is not a part of the challenge every week. That is why when you look at your sheet it only has a spot in week one. There will be a challenge that will be stated each week or possibly daily. This week we will have different daily challenges.TOMORROW THERE IS NOTHING THOUGH OTHER THAN THE WORK OUT I POST SHORTLY.
Also, the point of this challenge isn't meant to be your solo form of exercise. It should be in addition to what you did before. If you didn't do anything before then of course doing this counts as going above what you did before. I will try to keep these workouts under 25 mins so they are not too time consuming but they will increase in difficulty as time goes on. A few times I will also include walking a mile or more. I hope that you guys have noticed a change in your body in the first week.0 -
We have had several people drop right at the end. So I wanted to cover how you need to handle tracking of weight to make sure that you get the correct points or atleast semi accurate points. I am posting this way also to make sure that everyone is doing it the same way since so far 3 out of 8 teams have new replacements and some of them have multiple replacements.
In line 11 on the weekly weight totals page please put your new persons name with starting weight AND the week they started in the column next to it. KEEP YOUR OLD PERSON IN THE SAME SPOT. GET A FINAL WEIGHT IF POSSIBLE FROM THE PERSON LEAVING YOUR TEAM. That weight should be what you have recorded in the yellow week 1 column. For future weeks you will have to do your own math though. You will MINUS the weight lost by your new person from the WEEK 1 weight from your new person. SO if your new person drops 1.5 pounds and your old person was 252 then you would do 252-1.5= 250.5 for the week 2 weight....Does this make since? I would also like you to highlight the OLD person and the NEW person's name in the same color please. You do not have to change the numbers to that color but just so we know who is matched up with who. ANY QUESTIONS??
All of your weigh ins from today should be recorded in the WEEK 1 YELLOW column. If someone doesn't give you a weight then mark them as having the same weight and change the background color to RED so we know that it wasn't turned in. Once all weights are recorded it will tell you what weekly points your team won for weight.
Don't forget to message me by 11:00 AM EST with your Weekly Total (page 3).0 -

This morning looking over the spreadsheets most teams are still missing info from their people. So far we only have two teams that mangaed to earn the weekly bonus points (5) for having everyone on the team complete all exercises every single day! Way to go Flab-u-less and Move_To Improve.
Move_to_Improve is also the ONLY team that has collected all information and has turned in there weekly score! Tell your team thanks for being on top of it!0 -
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am going to be making an adjustment to all of the sheets this morning. We will no longer be going off %lost. Instead, it will be cut and dry off how many pounds are gained/lost. I think it will make it easier when a team has a team member leave. Plus it makes it even no matter what weight someone is at.0

It is taking me sometime to change the info on all the spreadsheets. I have a 3 hour interview this afternoon that I have to get ready for. That means....no score announcement until tonight!0
