Insanity....

Hi i am currently doing 30DS and No more trouble zones. Which I am finding really good and I will stick too until after xmas... But after xmas I will want to bump it up more and thought about doing Insanity.

I just had a lil look at some video of this and it looks extreme.

My question is how did you guys know you were ready to do it cos to me it looks SCARY!
