November-January Endurance Challenge

This is a new challenge that I've thought of, it will test your endurance...this challenge will start on Nov 14th and will end on January 14th.

Here's how it will look

WK 1: workout 20 mins twice a day
WK 2: workout 30 mins twice a day
WK 3: workout 45 mins twice a day
WK 4: workout 60 mins twice a day

WK 5: workout 35 mins twice a day
WK 6: workout 50 mins twice a day
WK 7: workout 65 mins twice a day
WK 8 workout 70 mins a day

WK 9: workout 90 mins a day
WK 10: workout 120 mins a day
WK 11: workout 90 mins twice a day
WK 12: workout 120 mins twice a day

Basically this is how you would log your results, also log how you worked out(walking,biking, etc.)

Also log starting weight before challenge and then your weight after the challenge.

Who wants to give it a shot?

Also workout will run from Mon-Fri....Sat and Sun being rest days...Updated the challenge, thought that 3 workouts of long durations would be a bit much especially for those who work full time..

    Steve, that would be a challenge for me! Especially 3 times per day for an hour. I work a long shift and volunteer, but would love to do it. SO, I AM IN! Now, the first week, can I go over the 20 minutes?
