After dinner snack

Hi Everyone,

Lately I have been doing my workout in the afternoon around 4 PM. I eat dinner around 5:30-6 and usually am in bed by 9 PM. Problem is, I find that I'm starving right before I got to bed. Starving to the point that I have to eat in order to sleep.

I know I shouldn't be eating right before bed - in fact, shouldn't eat about 3 hours before I go to bed.

I tried drinking lots of water, hoping that I was just thirsty but no - I was hungry within 15 minutes.

Any suggestions? Thoughts?

Is it bad that I'm eating before bed? Does that ruin my weight loss efforts?

    I always eat before bed. Low fat popcorn, Grapes, egg white omelet or a small salad. I always leave calories for it.
