im on round 6 now, and ive been treating every workout like a fit test;writing how many reps i do for 3 rounds (getting up to 30 more reps in 2 weeks is AWESOME to know about). I was wondering if anyone else did this? If so, how are you doing? If not, what are your fit tests like?
