Looks like a whey protein powder with some nutritional supplements and a little holistic hoodoo-voodoo thrown in for good measure. It's probably healthy enough, but at $50 for 15 servings, your $3.34 might be better spent on, well, food.0

In my opinion, save your money.
Why would you want your greens, protein and fiber in a powder or tablet form anyway? Some lean fish on a bed of spinach is going to give you even more wholesome nutrition, and in a form your body evolved to process efficiently. Eat real food, there is no magic pill.0
