VERY interesting info here, and apparently it is medical fact...thank god for the way our bodies work. Please read this and maybe help make adjustments in case we didn't know so we can stop a plateau...

Good to know. We should add "menstruating" as an exercise in the database. :laugh: But it says you burn an extra 300 calories... that's the total for the whole week or so that you're menstruating, right? So not that much, really.0
