VERY interesting info here, and apparently it is medical fact...thank god for the way our bodies work. Please read this and maybe help make adjustments in case we didn't know so we can stop a plateau...

And here is a GREAT one including what to avoid when TOM and aunt flo visit to keep weight coming off, such as wheat, dairy, alcohol, caffeine and refined sugar, and as well, what we should eat to encourage weight loss at that time!

I am glad I came across these, not sure if they belong just in this forum, Think I will post them in motivation as well.

Good to know. We should add "menstruating" as an exercise in the database. But it says you burn an extra 300 calories... that's the total for the whole week or so that you're menstruating, right? So not that much, really.

Not really sure, I am guessing for the week. I know that I read where we should actually eat anywhere from 100-300 calories more during that week. I tried it by upping mine 150 and it didn't hurt me in the least. I figured since I found those I would share so that others that maybe didn't know would have some reassurance..fret not my friends, WE HAVE A SECRET WEAPON!!! MUAAAA HAHAHAHAA
