dont you wish bad food was never made so we would not have to worry about what we eat or how good it tastes because we would never know in the first place

This has been said so many times: there is NO SUCH THING as bad food. There are foods that are overloaded on calories, foods that are high in fat or sodium (yuck, trans fat), foods that contain high amounts of processed sugar, but none of these will kill you. One trip to McDonald's in a month of healthy eating is not going to throw you completely off track. It's all about knowing how these foods fit into a healthy diet.
  • I agree - There is NO such thing as "bad" foods. I still enjoy chips and bread - I just don't eat an entire bag or loaf anymore, I am much more careful of the serving size. I know for me if I don't have my chips or bread one day I will binge and that's what I consider "bad".

I bust my butt at the gym so I can have treat meals not cheats meals.

So you wish all food tasted like crap? If "bad" food didn't exist, someone would invent it.

Nope.. I enjoy my chocolate/ice cream/deep fried food items/cheese burgers, way too much to wish they had never been made.

My motto is I can eat what I want as long as I work for it... and since I burned close to 500 calories at the gym today, you can bet that one of the above items will work it's way into my food diary.

There is no such thing as bad food, only too much food.

Other than artificial trans fats, but pretty much everything else is good. (as a part of a micro-nutrient dense diet)

Well even good food will go bad if you leave it out on the counter long enough.

Well, I've always liked to be different, so YES. I wish there was no McDonald's, Taco Bell or Wendy's. I wish I never discovered cheese fries and ranch dressing. And most of all, I wish potato chips were never invented. These are the foods I blame for my weight (well, I blame me putting these foods in mass quanity into my face hole!).

I get it and yes, I wish they didn't exist.

Bad food doesn't taste good....I only eat good food. Like bacon, cheese, steak, potatoes, ice cream, ranch dressing, pasta, etc.

Agreed on there being no bad foods. The reason I'm spending so much time on the bike and watching my portions is so that I can have one of my favorite foods: Beer.

Yes, beer is food, at least according to my German grandmother. Almost every diet / exercise / fitness expert out there will tell you how bad beer is for you, but dammit, I'm going to have good beer on occasion.

All things in moderation. Including moderation itself.

Ew! But I guess it would make sense since it's already curdled milk. Shredded cheddar will lump up and turn into blue cheese if you leave it in there too long....and strawberries shrivel up and turn into the size of a grape after too long too.

Yes, beer is food for sure. My heritage is Irish and German so it is a food group.

Ha Ha - Years ago, food was no bad. Before elevators, washing machines, so many vehicles on the road and so the list goes on. We now replace those things with exercise equipment but the concept is the same.
