Fat intake

If my dialy intake for fats say 60. and If i go over that amount by say about 20 but I'm still below my calorie limit for the day. What does that mean? will i lose weight slower because of that or what?

As long as you are within your calorie goals it should not slow your weight loss.0

will not affect weight loss but you may not be getting enough of the other macros if you are over in fat by that much (20 grams of fat is 180 cals) which would be 45grams of protein and/or carbs that you would not be getting, if you are short that much on protein you may end up losing the same amount of weight, but more of the weight could be muscle vs. fat, as protein helps you retain muscle as you lose weight.0
