What's the best feeling of your workout?

One of the most amazing feelings for me is after a long hard workout, sitting down and... taking my socks off! Taking those sweaty stinky socks off and just letting my feet breathe lol. That is the best feeling for me. What is yours?

my best feeling is when time is up lmao!
Then I remember damn arm curls and sit-ups....
so then my best feeling is yayyyy done with these sit-ups and I just lay there with my legs up on the yoga ball and relax.....

I love that moment where you climb off the cardio machine and your legs feel all wobbly weird cause you pushed yourself that extra bit.0

my favorite part is being sore the day after. I know that seems like a horrible thing to love, but i really do! I love when my gluts are sore and my arms, because i KNOW i worked them and i worked them hard. i guess it's a sense of satisfaction...0

I love looking down and seeing the veins in my feet and forearms protruding! I know I have worked and pumped until I can no longer move!0

When I finish working out my face is always burning- I wash my face with cold water, and it is literally the best feeling in the world!0

After a really good cardio workout, just the feeling of my heart racing and the sweat running down my chest and back ... or after a really good weight training workout and my arms feel like spaghetti noodles.0
