modified pull-up tip!

so excited that my trainer showed us this today. if you want to do pull-ups, but are unable to or have no pull-up bar, you can use the row of elliptical macines at the gym to do so. stand on the front side of the row between two ellipticals. grip the hand rests as your bar. the further out you put your feet and angle back, the harder it is. it makes it very similar to the reverse pull-ups zuzanna does with the tricep stand on body rock. very cool!
