Running Log Recommendations

I've been running consistently for about 9 months now and I want to start keeping a running journal. I can't seem to find one that has the things I want, any advice? Which ones do you use? Here's my wishlist:
-Spiral bound
-Un-dated, days of the week listed (preferably starting with Monday)
-Room to record:
-Distance
-Time
-Thoughts
-Average heart rate
-Weight
-Preferably at least a year long
Thanks!

Sounds like maybe an inexpensive spiral-bound notebook or steno pad would do the trick if you're not looking for an app...
Long ago I picked up a similar sort of spiral-bound paper running logbook from my local running gear store. You might try one of those. I believe you can also buy it online from Minnesota Distance Runner's Association. (mdra.com)
Electronically-speaking, for phone apps, I almost exclusively use CardioTrainer now, but also love RunKeeper Pro. iMapymyrun isn't half bad either. All are available on both Android & iOS platforms. Benefits include graphig capabilities and on-line syncing of data.
Also for a looooooong time I used an app on my desktop PC (and later, my MacBook) called "The Athlete's Diary" from Steven's Creek Software. It's a wonderfully small and fast multi-sport application that has what you're looking for without a bunch of fluff. Logging and graphing. I highly recommed that if you don't care for a phone-based app. I miss it sometimes, but I'd never give up my GPS-based phone app to go back now.
If you have any questions about any of this, you know how to find me. :bigsmile:0 -

Another vote for Cardio Trainer. I use it to log all of my workouts and take it on my runs to track distance, average pace, etc. It shows mile splits so I can see that my overall pace is improving and that I ran faster at the beginning and my miles slowly get a few seconds longer during my run.
It has a history which is listed by month. I only add distance for my runs so I can see exactly how many miles I've run during each month. For example, I quickly checked right now and I ran 43.1 miles in October. There's a note section in the history so you can easily record your thoughts.
The same company also makes an app called Noom which combines Cardio Trainer with a weight loss tracker. (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.wsl.noom&hl=en) That should allow you to track your weight, too.0
