I love red bell peppers. I eat 'em like apples. I also use them cut up like chips for dipping. I also use raw sliced mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower florets, carrots, celery, etc. I use nonfat raita (example recipe here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/398520-south-asian-raita ) as a low-calorie, high nutrition dip. You can get very full with very few calories and tons of nutritional value.0
