these look so amazingly amazing I had to share, I think I might try them with sweet potato instead . . .

    Anybody done a calorie/fat count on this recipe yet, just curious.

    Might be a nice addition to the Thanksgiving table this year!

    Hmmm...I was more interested until I saw the authors note that you can't taste the pumpkin. :(

    I entered the recipe into MFP and got the following stats:

    Each, based on a yield of 14:
    Cal - 63
    Fat - 1.8
    Sat - .4
    Poly - .5
    Mono - .9
    Sod - 115.9
    Pot - 13.3
    Carb - 9.5
    Fib - .7
    Sug - 8.4
    Pro - 1.6
    Vit A - 7.1%
    Vit C - .7%
    Calc - 1.9%
    Iron - 2.4%

    That's using Gold Medal flour, a Log Cabin light maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil, Libby's Pure Pumpkin and Country Crock with Calcium as the butter since that's what's in my house, so if I were to make 'em, that's what I'd use. lol
