    almond milk is in the shelved juice aisle at my grocers... and whey powder I buy from a bulk store (loose products in bulk bins that you scoop out ONLY as much as you want not having to get a manufacturers pre-packaged size) there are tons of options for protein powders at 'health' stores and Walmart too but their price is about $30 a lb vs the $15 a lb I pay by not paying for the special container and labelling.
