Suffer from skinny-fat??

SKINNY FAT-
Both men and women can be skinny fat, but it's most common in women. Its when you have a low scale weight and look thin, but body fat is high and you have no muscle definition.

Sound like you?? No worries like anything it can be fixed. Don't think that cuz you u jiggle need to lose weight because that's not the issue, your goal should be losing FAT & building MUSCLE!

This is why I'm all about strength training people. Women, stop thinking if you lift weights you will get bulky, its a myth!

From my experience I've only been bulky when I was over weight. And never leaner and fit since I started weight training. We don't have the genetics to get that way!!

  • This is exactly what I'm trying to do... get rid of the fat and convert it into muscle... I need an outline of things I should be doing Monday through Friday.. For example yesterday we worked on the abs today what should I be doing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.... :)
